Box Score Kutztown, PA- Seton Hill Women's Lacrosse team picks up their third PSAC victory to close out a four-game slate on the road. Offensive production helped the Griffins beat Kutztown University 15-5 to advance to an 8-4 overall record and 3-4 in PSAC competitions.
The Seton Hill offense explodes out of the opening faceoff. The Griffins scored 5 straight goals to take the lead. The Griffins held the lead for the entirety of the contest.
The Griffins held a 6-goal lead at halftime. Seton Hill 10 Kutztown 4. The starting of the second half SHU held the momentum and played well defensively. The SHU defense only allowed 8 total shots and 6 shots on cage, allowing only 1 goal in the second half.
Emma Simmers scored 4 goals on 4 shots to lead the Griffins in goals. She also added 7 groundballs.
Morgan Cain added 3 goals and 1 assist.

Christine Palmeri all tallied 2 goals each.
Rachel Hilbert scored 1 goal and 2 assists. She also added 7 groundballs and lead the Griffin defense with 4 caused turnovers.

Meghan Hollar and Melanie split time and both contributed 5 saves.
The Seton Hill Women's Lacrosse team will return home as they host Edinboro University of Pennsylvania on Wednesday, April 9. Opening faceoff is set for 3PM.
