Greensburg, PA- The Seton Hill Men's Lacrosse (4-1) team is defeated by Limestone College (7-1) 13-7 in a top 5 battle on Saturday afternoon.
 
10:54 in the 1^st quarter Matt Delmonico scored on an unassisted dodge to open up the scoring. Limestone ties the game at 1 shortly after. Marc Piche scored at 8:08 assisted by Matt Delmonico and Jimmy Cogley scores on an assist from Marc Piche at 5:24. This was the Griffins last lead of the game 3-2. Limestone was quick to tie the game again at 3 with 4:28 on the clock.
 
Limestone opens up the scoring in the 2^nd quarter and goes on a three goal run to make the score 6-3.
 
Delmonico scores the 4th Griffin goal of the half on an unassisted play from the top of the box. Limestone answers with their own goal 0:17 left in the half to make the score 7-4.
 
Marc Piche scores 14:20 in the 2^nd half to bring the Griffins with in 2. The Saints sting 2 more goals to make the score 9-5. With short time on the clock, Marc Piche takes advantage of the situation and dishes the ball to Corbin Takahara who puts the ball in the net. End of the 3^rd quarter score 9-6 Limestone.
 
Limestone scores 13:02 in the 4^th quarter. Griffins down four goals Marc Piche passes the ball from behind the cage to Jimmy Cogley who scores with time and room. Cogley's 2nd goal of the day and the Griffins' last.
 
Limestone adds three more goals while Griffins struggled to contribute offense late in the game. The final score reads 13-7 Limestone.

The Seton Hill Griffins will travel to Misenheimer, NC to play Pfeiffer University on March 22. The Griffins are home again on March 29 when Molloy College visits Greensburg.
