The second half all belonged to the Griffins.  Carlow hung around for the first five minutes of the half with the Griffins continuing to hold a lead in the 10-12 point margin.  Five straight points from Misfud pushed the Griffins lead to 55-36 with 13:45 to play in the half.  SHU led 65-40 with 11:14 to play in the second half and then went on a 28-0 run over the next seven minutes to take a 93-40 lead.  Carlow scored the final 7 points of the contest for the Griffins 93-47 victory.
