Renee Miller

Renee Miller begins her fifth year with the Seton Hill Compliance Office. 
 
She spent her first three years as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance before being named the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance last year.  In addition to her compliance role, Miller is also the school’s Senior Woman Administrator and Student Athlete Advisory Committee advisor. 
 
While at Seton Hill, Miller has been a member of many committees.  She is currently a member of the Homecoming Committee, the Cleary Compliance Sub-Committee, the Institutional Compliance and Risk Assessment Steering Committee and the Policy Advisory Committee.  She also served on the Anti-Hazing Policy Committee and was a member of the Care Team. 
 
As SAAC advisor, Miller is an integral part of the annual Griffin Sports Awards.  The SAAC has also raised enough money to grant three wishes through the Make A Wish Foundation. 
 
Miller is a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC),  National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and Women Leaders in College Sports.  She also served on the NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Rules Committee for two years. 
 
Prior to joining the compliance office, Miller was a five year member of the Seton Hill women’s lacrosse program.  Over her career she scored 60 goals and added 161 assists.  Her 56 assists as a junior were the second most in the PSAC that season.  The team advanced to the PSAC playoffs in Miller’s final three seasons.  The 2015 team won a program best 14 games. 
 
Miller earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Seton Hill and then earned a MBA with a Sports Management focus from Seton Hill.
