Nicole Sleith

Nicole joins the Seton Hill coaching staff for her first season in 2017.  Prior to joining the Griffins, Nicole has coached at the travel ball, high school and the collegiate level as an undergraduate coach.

Sleith played her collegiate ball at Robert Morris University.  At RMU, Nicole was a four year letter winner as a starting pitcher, pitching over 800 innings and leading her team to three Northeast Conference Tournament appearances. While at Robert Morris, Sleith was selected as the 2014-15 Northeast Conference Female Student-Athlete of the Year, was a four-time National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region honoree and was named NEC Pitcher of the Year on three occasions. After her collegiate career, she was selected to play on a collegiate all-star team to pitch against USA Softball Women’s National Team, where she threw three scoreless innings.

Sleith is RMU’s career record holder in strikeouts and wins.  She was named to the Dean’s List every academic semester and was named to the Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll. Sleith graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, as well as her master’s degree in Engineering Management December 2015.

While finishing her degrees at Robert Morris University, Nicole served as the undergraduate assistant coach working with the pitchers. In addition to coaching the Griffins, Sleith also works as a Biomedical Engineer at a large engineering firm.
