JC Govannucci begins his first season with the volleyball program as an assistant coach.
Govannucci began his volleyball career at Norwin High School before continuing at Thiel College, where I was a member of the inaugural Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Men’s Volleyball Championship team. JC graduated from Thiel in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Business Management, along with a minor in Coaching.
His coaching experience includes serving as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Commodore Perry High School while in college, Head Coach at Central Catholic High School, and coaching both boys’ and girls’ teams with A10 Volleyball Club. I am passionate about developing student-athletes on and off the court while fostering a competitive, positive team culture.
