Grant Betts begins his first season with the Griffins as offensive line coach and video coordinator.
Prior to Seton Hill, Betts spent one season as the assistant offensive line coach at Nicholls State. While at Nicholls, Betts coached an offensive line that helped the team average over 4.4 yards per rushing attempt.
Betts spent the previous year as a teacher and football coach at Enterprise High School in Enterprise, Alabama. In his one season at Enterprise, the team advanced to the semifinals for the first time in 31 seasons.
Betts played collegiately at Troy where he started in 51 straight contests on the offensive line. As a senior he was a member of the leadership council and a second team All Sunbelt selection. He was a two time Sunbelt Conference champion.
Betts graduated from Troy with a Bachelors of Science in Cyber Security and is currently working on a Masters of Business in Management from Troy.
