Coach Hogan

Dominic Hogan

Dominic Hogan serves as the Flex Linebackers Coach at Seton Hill University. Hogan will be entering his fifth season as an assistant coach and first season with the Griffins in the fall of 2026 after being hired in March of 2026. 

Before coming to Seton Hill, Hogan served as the Defensive Line Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Northwestern Oklahoma State University (NCAA D2). Hogan's only season continued to add to his background of increased production and development of athletes, during the 2025 season he increased sack production by 77% and developed 2 athletes to the NCAA Division One (FCS) level. 

Hogan began his college coaching career at Minnesota West Community and Technical College (NJCAA D3) serving as the Defensive Line Coach/Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. During Hogan’s one season as a Bluejay he contributed to the perfect rebuild of 0-8 in 2023 to 8-0 in 2024 while being ranked second in the nation at the NJCAA Division Three level. Hogan's position group hosted an All-MCAC selection at defensive tackle as well as increased production in sacks by 100% and improved defensive rushing allowed by 100 yards per game.

Hogan began his coaching career in the high school ranks at Howards Grove High School in Howards Grove, Wisconsin. Serving as the school's Defensive Line & Running Backs Coach also holding a Defensive Coordinator title. Hogan's two seasons at Howards Grove led to an impressive beginning to his career; Hosting 1 All-State selection, 7 All-Conference selections, 2 college athletes, and the first playoff game victory in the school's history.

Hogan is from Madison, Wisconsin and attended Lakeland University where he played a Hybrid Edge and Wrestled Heavyweight for the Muskies. Hogan's time at Lakeland led to obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports Management & Leadership and later earned a Master of Education Degree in Adult Education and Administration at Northwestern Oklahoma State University.Â
