Courtney returns to Ferne Labati's staff for her fourth season on the Griffin bench and second as the top assistant. In 2009-10, the Griffins made their first ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament where they reached the Regional Semifinals. Seton Hill has also won 20 games in two of her first three seasons. Callas comes to Seton Hill from Juniata College where she earned a degree in Business Administration. She was a four year member of the basketball team at Juniata and helped lead the team to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2008. Courtney was named a Strength and Conditioning All American in 2008. Courtney attended Freeport High School and earned her MBA while at Seton Hill as a graduate assistant.
