Chris Cook serves as Assistant Athletic Director at Seton Hill University, where he provides leadership for athletic operations, facilities, budgeting, game day administration, and strategic capital projects. He oversees the department's operating budget (since 2025), coordinates all home athletic event operations, and manages facility scheduling and upgrades.
Since joining Seton Hill in February 2023, Cook has played an integral role in enhancing the University's athletics facilities and operations. He has led multiple facility improvement projects, including a comprehensive sports performance renovation that created a new indoor turf training space and expanded equipment storage. Additionally, Cook has organized and managed numerous conference and NCAA championship events and was selected as the NCAA Site Representative for the 2024 NCAA Division II Baseball Atlantic Super Regional at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Before arriving at Seton Hill, Cook spent four years as Director of External and Business Operations at Lancaster Bible College. In that role, he managed the department's operating budget, while helping develop annual budget projections and strategic operational initiatives.. He also coordinated all external facility rentals. Alongside his administrative responsibilities at Lancaster Bible College, Cook served as Lead Assistant Coach for the men's basketball program and Head Coach of the men's golf team. Earlier in his career, he spent a season as a professional caddie on the LPGA Tour and three seasons as an assistant men's basketball coach at Hood College.
As a student athlete at Hood College, Cook was named a finalist for the for the Division III Jostens Trophy in his senior season. As a senior, Cook was named to the DIII News Honorable Mention All American Team. He was a NABC All Middle Atlantic District First Team selection in addition to being named a D3Hoops.com All Mid-Atlantic Region First Team selection. He was named the MAC Commonwealth Conference Player of the Year as a senior.
Cook earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Hood College.
