Dominick Nania

Dominick Nania returns to the coaching staff at Seton Hill University for his third season in 2021-22. 

In his first season on the hill, the Griffins sent two wrestlers to nationals and the team finished in a tie for second place in the PSAC regular season standings. 

Nania came to Seton Hill after serving as an assistant coach at Norwin High School.
 
Prior to Norwin, Nania served as an assistant coach at his high school alma mater, Hempfield Area.  During his time at both Norwin and Hempfield he served under Pennsylvania Hall of Fame inductee Vince DeAugustine.
 
Nania is a 2017 Graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and currently teaches while working toward a Master's Degree in Education Administration. 
 
While competing at Wheeling Jesuit, Nania was a three time captain for the Cardinals and compiled 98 career victories.  He was a two time NCAA National Qualifier and currently holds the school's records for wins, pins, and tech falls.  Also while at Wheeling Jesuit he met his wife Brooke and they now reside in West Leechburg, PA with their daughter Gemma.
