Jenna joined the Seton Hill University Track and Field Team staff as the men and women’s sprint coach in 2014. In 2015 she was named the interim Cross Country/Track and Field Coach. Prior to the 2016 season, Jenna was named the Cross Country and Track and Field Head coach.
In her first season as head coach, Fatica saw the women's cross country team earn its first ever trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships. The track and field teams had two NCAA All Americans along with five PSAC Champions. The two teams also broke twenty school records during the season. The women's track and field and cross country teams, along with the men's track and field team won the PSAC Top Team GPA Award.
In 2017-18, the team had three All Americans (1 indoor and 2 outdoor). Coach Fatica led the Griffin women's indoor team to their highest ever finish at the PSAC Championships (5th). The teams had five first place finishes at the PSAC Indoor Championships. The men were fifth and the women sixth at the PSAC Outdoor Championships. The teams won three PSAC Outdoor Championships. Five members of the team were named to the USTFCCCA All Academic Team and the women's track and cross country teams earned PSAC Top Team GPA Awards.
Prior to coming to Seton Hill, Jenna served as the graduate assistant for the Cross-Country and Track and Field teams at Defiance College from 2012-2014. At Defiance, her team was the 2014 Indoor and Outdoor HCAC champions. She coached the 2014 HCAC Women’s Indoor individual champions in: 60m., 400m., 4x200m. & 4x400m. relays, Women’s Indoor record in the 60m, Women’s Outdoor individual champions in the100m and 200m. She also coached the 2013 All-Ohio Women’s Indoor Champion in 400m. Jenna’s athletes broke 9 school records in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m, 4x100m, 4x200m and 4x400m relays.
Jenna graduated from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State Erie and earned her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management from Defiance College. At Behrend, Jenna was named the Female Athlete of the Year her senior year. She held 8 school records and was the Mason Dixon Conference Champion in the 800m while in school. Jenna is certified by the USTFCCCA Track and Field Technical Academy.
