Chris Frederick

Chris Frederick joins the Seton Hill track and field staff for his first season during the 2021-22 track season as a graduate assistant.
 
Frederick comes to Seton Hill after a stellar career at St Francis.  

At St Francis, Frederick was named the 2018 Northeast Conference Most Outstanding Rookie at their outdoor meet.  He also was named the 2019 NEC outdoor Most Outstanding Track Performer for sprints.  

Frederick holds four all time marks at St Francis including the 200 meter record for indoor and outdoor.  

A native of Woodbridge, VA, Frederick graduated this past spring from St Francis with a bachelors in social work and will be pursuing a Masters in Education at Seton Hill.
