Krystal Gibbs joins the Seton Hill staff for her first season during the 2023-24. season.
Gibbs spent the past ten seasons as head coach at Elizabeth Forward High School. Over her ten seasons, Gibbs was named the Mon Valley Independent Coach of the Year three times. The Warriors advanced to the WPIAL Postseason eight times in her ten year tenure. The team reached the quarterfinals four times and the semifinals three times.
Prior to being named head coach, Gibbs spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Elizabeth Forward. As an assistant, the Warriors made the WPIAL Championship game.
In addition to coaching, Gibbs is a licensed professional counselor. She is the owner/CEO of Mindful Wonder LLC, a private mental health practice that focuses on the mental health needs of young adults and athletes.
Gibbs graduated from LaRoche College with a degree in Psychology. She also earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Community Psychology from Point Park.
