2016-17 Season (Junior): 
Appeared in 27 games, making 25 starts … Averaged 8.7 PPG … Led team in assists (100) and steals (34) … Placed third on team in free throws made (47) … Finished tied for fifth in PSAC in Assist to Turnover Ratio (1.85) and tied for eighth in Assists Per Game (3.7) … Finished 48th in NCAA Division II in Assist to Turnover Ratio (1.85) … Reached double figures in scoring 13 times, including 20+ points once … Scored a career-high 20 points, collecting a career-high six steals, and connecting on a career-high four three-point field goals in a victory at Mercyhurst (2/15) … Tied a career-high with six rebounds in a victory over Clarion (2/1) … Dished out a season-high eight assists in a victory at Clarion (1/9)


2015-16 Season (Sophomore):

Named Corvais ECAC Division II Rookie of the Week for the Week ending November 30, 2014 … Named PSAC West Freshman of the Week (12/1) … Appeared in 26 games … Averaged 4.5 PPG … Finished second on team in assists (85) … Reached double figures in scoring three times, and assists once … Scored a season-high 13 points, connecting on five of six field goal attempts at Johnson C. Smith (11/29) … Dished out a season-high 11 assists, tying for the third most in a game by a Seton Hill player since joining the NCAA in a victory at Carlow (11/25) … Collected season-highs with six rebounds, as well as five steals at Carlow (11/25)

Before SHU:
Hay helped her high school team to its third consecutive regional championship (GBSAA) and third straight provincial championship (OFSAA), advancing to the quarterfinals in class 'AAAA', further than any team in Eastview history.  In addition, Hay was member of the prestigious Team Ontario 15U in 2011, and Team Ontario 17U in 2012, with both teams earning the gold medal at the Canadian National Championships. A multi-sport athlete, she also competed in the provincial championship playoffs in golf, as well as volleyball, and was a member of the soccer and co-ed ultimate Frisbee teams.
