Luca Campos will begin his third season on the Griffins' staff in 2026, serving in his first year as Associate Head Coach after being promoted prior to the season.
In his first two seasons, Campos helped lead Seton Hill to back-to-back PSAC Tournament appearances, including hosting a PSAC Quarterfinal match in 2025. Over the 2024 and 2025 campaigns, the Griffins compiled 21 overall victories and 12 PSAC West conference wins, reaching a national ranking as high as No. 18 early in the 2025 season.
Campos came to Seton Hill after serving as an assistant coach at Florida International University. Prior to FIU, he spent five seasons at Long Island University (2018–2022), where he was promoted to Associate Head Coach ahead of the 2022 season. At LIU, Campos helped guide the Sharks to four conference finals in five years and two NCAA Tournament berths (2018, 2021), while mentoring multiple All-Region selection awardees alongside an NEC Rookie of the Year, Goalkeeper of the Year, and Player of the Year.
Earlier in his coaching career, Campos served two seasons as an assistant coach at Mercyhurst University, helping lead the Lakers to a PSAC Championship in 2016. He also spent a season as an assistant coach at the University of Massachusetts, helping guide the Minutemen to an Atlantic-10 Tournament appearance in 2015.
During his collegiate playing career at Robert Morris University, Campos appeared in 66 matches (62 starts), recording seven goals and six assists for 20 points. He earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from RMU in 2014 before earning a master's degree in organizational leadership and sport leadership from Mercyhurst in 2018.
A native of Monaca, PA, Campos resides in Greensburg with his wife, Kaitlyn, and son, Crew.
