Ryan Meis joins the Seton Hill men’s basketball coaching staff for his first season in 2025–26.  Meis will serve as offensive coordinator. He will work directly with guards.

Meis brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having played five seasons for the Griffins as a standout guard. He ranks 6th all-time in career points at Seton Hill with 1,386 and finished his playing career as the all-time leader in three-pointers made in program history, with 292 threes. Meis appeared in over 110 games, starting 99, and averaged 12.2 points per game with a shooting line of 41.2% from the field and 37.2% from three. His career totals also include 366 rebounds, 242 assists, and 118 steals.

Meis’ play earned him two All-PSAC West selections over his career, and in his final season (2024–25), he led the Griffins with 15.4 points per game, while also contributing 3.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game. He shot 45.8% from the field and 42.0% from three, ranking among the top players in the PSAC. Meis' leadership on and off the court helped the Griffins remain competitive throughout his career, including numerous PSAC Tournament appearances.

Meis graduated from Seton Hill University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management from Seton Hill in 2025.
