Coach Joyce begins his third season on the bench with the Seton Hill men's basketball program in 2020-21.

In his first two seasons, the Griffins earned a PSAC Tournament berth and three Griffins earned All PSAC West honors.

Prior to coming to Seton Hill, Joyce was a volunteer assistant at St Mary's College of Maryland.

Joyce graduated from Hood College with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration while being a member of the Hood College basketball team.  He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Hood College as well.
