Coach Redd joins the Seton Hill coaching staff for his first season as the running backs and tight ends coach. Before joining the staff at Seton Hill, Devin spent last season on the staff at the University of Toledo.
Redd was the assistant running back coach for the Rockets where he coached first team All MAC RB Kareem Hunt. The team went 9-4 and produced over 6,500 yards of total offense. He spent the 2014 season at St Frances Academy where he was offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach.
Prior to St Frances, Redd spent five seasons coaching at Calvert Hall College where he was the passing game coordinator along with being the recruiting coordinator. Over his final three seasons, the team went 30-6, finishing first, third and fifth in the Maryland State rankings.
Devin spent two years as the Head Professional Development Coach for Under Armour where he developed off season game performance plans for over 15 professional athletes. He also directed the Ed Reed Summer Football Camp which specialized in skill development for ages 10-18.
He was also the CEO and co-founder of Next Level Nation, Inc. The group was a non profit agency that set to transform the lives of student athletes and their families through a hands on approach with individualized road maps to success. The group recruited and retained over 400 members in a seven year period.
Redd graduated from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO with a major of Sports Management and a minor in Hunam Service. Devin was a defensive back for the Bearcats.
