Coach Comport

Morgan Comport

Morgan Comport returns to Seton Hill in 2019 as the assistant field hockey coach.  She will begin her third season in 2021. 

Comport previously spent time on the Seton Hill women’s lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in 2016.

In her first season with the field hockey team, the Griffins were named a NHFCA All Academic Team in addition to nine student athletes being named to the NHFCA Academic Squad. 

As a player at Seton Hill, Comport started every game of her career at attack and attributed 243 career points (178 goals, 65 assists). She was honored as the East Coast Conference player of the week in 2010, was a 3-time all conference attackman, a 2nd team All-American in 2011, and earned Academic Athletic honor roll. As a junior and senior she captained the Griffins. In 2013, Comport played in the North-South all-star game. Comport graduated Seton Hill in 2013 with a major in Psychology and minors in Biology and Sociology.
 
Comport attended Fairmont Senior high school in West Virginia where she attributed 244 career goals, which is the state record for career goals in WV. She was a two-time state MVP and a three time 1st team all conference player. She was team captain her junior and senior year and also lead the team to two state championships.
