Kim Kissell will begin her eighth season with the Seton Hill tennis program in 2020-21.
Kissell has led the Griffins to 46 wins in her first seven seasons. The 2014-15 squad won nine matches which is the most in her tenure. Last season the Griffins were 6-3 including a perfect 4-0 mark during their spring break trip.
The team has won the PSAC Top Team GPA Award three times under Kissell. Kissell also coached Isidora Knezevic to second team All PSAC honors in 2014-15.
Kissell played high school tennis at Greensburg Salem High School and she earned tennis scholarship at Florida Southern College. Kim helped the team win the Sunshine State Conference. Kissell has also worked as a tennis professional at Greensburg Racquet Club for 27 years. She has coached own children to six state championships and six national titles. All four children of her children earned Division 1 athletic scholarships (University of Miami & Marshall, NC State, Western Carolina, Valparaiso). Kissell was also an assistant coach at Saint Vincent College for nine years where her 2013 team was the PAC Conference champions.
