2016 (Junior)
appeared in 4 games, throwing 3.1 innings . . . only allowed 1 hit while striking out three . . . did not allow a run

2015 (Sophomore)
appeared in 1 contest, throwing one inning vs Davis & Elkins

2014 (Freshman)
appeared in 6 contests, making 1 start . . . threw 9.1 inninigs with a 2.89 ERA . . . was part of a combined shutout vs West Liberty (3/18)

Before SHU
Wright was a 3-sport standout at Teays Valley earning All-League, All-District and All-Ohio honors as a linebacker and wrestler.  On the diamond, Wright led Teays Valley as a junior in average and RBI and was an All-Mid State selection.  Moving form closer to starter as a senior, Wright has fanned 44 batters in 26 innings this spring and is hitting at a .410 clip.  In the summer, Wright plays for the two-time defending district champion Legion Post 134.  He went 4-1 on the hill for Post 134 last summer while hitting .380.
