2015-16 Season (Sophomore): 
Named PSAC West Co-Player of the Week (2/8) … Appeared and started in all 29 games … Averaged 11.4 PPG and 5.4 RPG … Led the team in points scored (331), field goals made (129), free throws made (51) and steals (36) …  Finished second on team in total rebounds (156) … Placed third on team in blocked shots (11) …  Reached double figures in scoring 18 times, including 20+ points four times … Reached double figures in rebounding three times … Collected three double-doubles on the season … Scored a career-high 24 points to go along with 10 rebounds in a victory over Slippery Rock (2/6) … Notched first career double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds at Indiana (PA) (1/20) … Grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds to go along with 21 points to notch a double-double in a victory in the regular season finale against Indiana (PA) (2/24) … Connected on a career-high three three-point field goals while scoring 22 points at Edinboro (2/20) … Dished out a career-high five assists against Edinboro (1/24)

2014-15 Season (Freshman): 
Appeared in all 29 games, making eight starts … Averaged 5.7 PPG, and 3.4 RPG … Led the team in blocked shots (16) … Finished third on the team in rebounds (99), and steals (37) … Reached double figures in scoring four times … Scored a career-high 13 points, connecting on all five field goal attempts against #6 Edinboro (11/19) … Grabbed a season-high nine rebounds in a victory at Mercyhurst (1/21) … Dished out a season-high three assists in season-opening victory at West Virginia State (11/14) … Collected a season-high four steals in a victory over Pitt-Johnstown (2/7)

Before SHU:
Kaufman helped her high school team advance to the Maryland 3A state championship game for the first time in school history as a senior. Kaufman was selected to Honorable Mention All-Met by the Washington Post, and Second Team by the Montgomery County Gazette.  Kaufman was ranked as the #117 guard nationally in the class of 2014 by Hoopgurlz on ESPN.com. She also was a starting goalkeeper on her high school soccer team, which advanced to the Maryland 3A semi-finals.
