The Griffin cross country teams took part in the Winston Salem State Rams Atlantic Regional Preview race.  

Just three women competed for the Griffins so they did not get a team score.  The men's team finished 9th in the race. 

On the women's side, Alexis Schuler finished 39th in a time of 25:22.7.  Sophie Kanownik was 44th in a time of 25:39.4 and Katelyn Stravinsky 69th in a time of 28:03.7.

Kamsi Obuekwe led the men's team with a 48th place finish.  He ran a time of 28:58.3.  Robert Kennedy was 58th in a time of 29:50.2.  Ciaran McGeehan and Drew Raulli were 73rd and 74th.  McGeehan ran a time of 31:22.9 and Raulli went in 31:55.9.  Tymere Alston and Braego Cieslukowski were 79th and 80th.  Alston ran 33:03.5 and Cieslukowski ran 33:05.2.  

The teams will head to Carnegie Mellon on October 10th.
