The awards continue to roll in for Seton Hill sophomore
Brady McGuire. On Thursday afternoon, McGuire picked up All American honors from the DII Collegiate Commissioners Association (D2CCA).
McGuire was a second team selection at third base. It is the first D2CCA All American award won by McGuire. Earlier this postseason, McGuire was named the D2CCA Atlantic Region Player of the Year.
Earlier this season, McGuire was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Year and he was also named the NCBWA and D2CCA Atlantic Regional Player of the Year. He was a first team selection on the PSAC West team in addition to being an NCBWA and D2CCA All Atlantic Region team selection. McGuire was a third team NCBWA All American selection.
McGuire led the PSAC and the Griffins with a .443 average. He also led the Griffins with 54 RBI which was second in the PSAC. Brady added 48 runs scored, 8 doubles, a triple, 6 homers and 29 stolen bases in just 45 games played.
