After advancing to the Atlantic Super Regional the last three seasons, the Griffins return to NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional play when Atlantic Regional #2 begins on Thursday. The Griffins will take part in the NCAA Atlantic Regional 21 at Cooper Park in Millersville, PA as the number three seed. Seton Hill will open up play on Thursday morning at 11 AM when they meet the sixth seed in the regional Charleston (WV). Top seed Millersville will host the tournament. The loser of the CalU/SHU matchup will play Millersville at 2 PM on Thursday afternoon.
The Griffins were 3-0 vs UC this season and 0-1 against Millersville.
This is the 15th trip to the NCAA Atlantic Regional for the Griffins. Seton Hill is 30-21 all time in NCAA Atlantic Regional play. Seton Hill and Millersville have met 16 times in the NCAA Tournament with the Griffins holding a 10-6 advantage. SHU is 1-0 against CalU in the NCAA Tournament.

The winner of this regional will meet the winner of the other Atlantic Regional featuring West Chester, East Stroudsburg and Bloomsburg next week in the NCAA Atlantic Super Regional. It will be a best of three series with the winner advancing to the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship in Cary.
Brady McGuire led the PSAC and the Griffins with a .449 average. He also led the Griffins with 53 RBI which was second in the PSAC. Brady added 45 runs scored, 8 doubles, a triple, 6 homers and 27 stolen bases in just 42 games played.
Owen Henne was second on the team and 4th in the PSAC with a .409 average. Owen added 42 runs scored, 10 doubles, 1 triple, 4 homers and 37 RBIs on the season.
Jack Whalen led the Griffins in many offensive categories. He led SHU with 69 hits, 64 runs scored, 12 doubles, 3 triples and 44 stolen bases. Jack led the PSAC in runs scored and stolen bases. He added 4 homers and 31 RBI.
Jakob Haynes led the Griffins and the PSAC with 15 home runs. He hit .338 on the season. Jakob added 47 runs scored, 8 doubles, 1 triple and 51 RBI.
Sean Williams is 9-2 on the season with a 3.32 ERA. He has worked 59.2 innings while allowing 49 hits and opponents to hit just .226 off him. Sean has 48 strikeouts and threw the second no hitter in Seton Hill history this season,
Mark Wechtenhiser is 8-1 on the season with a 2.81 ERA. He has worked 57.2 innings and allowed 37 hits with opponents hitting just .184 off him. Mark has 63 strikeouts on the season.
Christian Zilli is 2-1 with 3 saves and a 2.37 ERA. Christian has allowed 12 hits in 19 innings and opponents are hitting .194 off him.
Luke Deschenes is 7-1 with a 3.14 ERA. He has worked a PSAC leading 66 innings and leads the Griffins with 3 complete games. Luke has 47 strikeouts.
