Women's Lacrosse to Host Kutztown in PSAC Quarterfinals

Seton Hill will host Kutztown in the quarterfinal round of the PSAC Tournament on Tuesday afternoon at 3 PM.  Seton Hill enters the championships as the number two seed in the west in the tournament with a 10-6 overall record and an 7-3 mark in PSAC west play.  Kutztown, the number three seed in the east in the tournament, enters with a 12-5 overall record and a 8-4 mark in PSAC east play.

The winner of the quarterfinal will meet the winner of the 1E East Stroudsburg/4W Lock Haven on Friday in the PSAC Semifinals.  The top remaining seed from the West will host the PSAC Final Four.  Slippery Rock, the number one seed from the west, will host 4E Shippensburg in another quarterfinal.  The final quarterfinal will see  2E West Chester hosting 3W IUP.  

Students from any PSAC institution will be admitted to the match free of charge with a valid student ID. In following the PSAC ticket guidelines, adult prices are $12 and students from non-PSAC institutions are $7. Tickets will be available for purchase through the Hudl website.  All tickets must be purchased thru the Hudl website.  

The Griffins dropped a pair of contests to Kutztown in 2024.  Seton Hill defeated Kutztown 9-7 in the PSAC Semifinal at West Chester in 2023.  

Mila Udovicic leads the Griffins in many categories.  She has a team high 36 assists, 70 points, 31 ground balls and 100 draw controls.  Sydney Marusko leads the Griffins with 53 goals.  Ruby DePalma has added 21 goals.  Carley O'Mara and Elena Traficante each have scored 14 times.  Amara Forsyth also in double figures with 10 goals.  DePalma is second on the team with 18 assists. Kayla Seiler leads SHU with 32 caused turnovers.  Mariah Williams has 29.  Katelyn Patts is 7-5 in goal with a 10.44 goals against average and 109 saves.

Katie Yocum leads Kutztown in goals and points with 59 goals and 66 points.  Lauren LeMorte leads the team with 32 assists.  She also has 22 goals.  Maddie Wagner is second with 41 goals.  Madison Wenner is third with 31 goals.  Sophie Engelhardt has added 27 goals.  She has 23 assists.  Summer Davis leasd with 44 draw controls, 50 caused turnovers and 50 ground balls.  Marisa Bragg is 12-5 with a 8.41 goals against average.  She has 127 saves.
