Seton Hill traveled to Indiana (PA) for a PSAC West matchup on Saturday morning.
The Griffins defeated the Crimson Hawks 14-12 in the contest. SHU is now 8-4 overall and 5-1 in the PSAC West. Â
Carley O'Mara scored less than 30 seconds into the contest as the Griffins took a 1-0 lead. IUP answered before SHU scored the next two and led 3-1 with 10:59 to play.Â

Brooklyn Miller scored for SHU and the Griffins led 5-3 after one quarter of play. Â
Madison Jordan and
Sydney Marusko scored to open the second quarter as the Griffins took a 7-3 lead with 13:19 left. Marusko scored another in the quarter as the Griffins built an 8-5 lead at the halftime break. Â
Less than a minute into the third quarter, O'Mara scored to push the Griffin lead to 9-5. IUP scored the final three goals of the quarter to trim the SHU lead to 9-8. Â
The fourth quarter just featured the teams exchanging goals as SHU defeated the Crimson Hawks by two. Traficante and
Tori Krapp scored a pair in the quarter with O'Mara scoring the final goal. Â
Traficante and O'Mara each scored three times in the contest. Krapp, Miller and Marusko each added two.Â
Katelyn Patts recorded 12 saves in net. Â
SHU will travel to Lock Haven on Wednesday. Â
