The Griffin track and field teams returned to the track at Mount Union's John Homon Open on Friday and Saturday in Alliance, Ohio.
The two teams combined for 21 top 10 finishes in the event.
On the men's side,
Jacy Willis won the 200 dash in a time of 21.45.
Shane Plante-King was second in the triple jump with a mark of 13.79m.
Cody Scherle was third in the javelin with a toss of 48.85m.
Blaise Verrastro was third in the 400 in a time of 48.93. He was also sixth in the 200 in a time of 22.24.
Angelo Allen was third in the shot put with a toss of 15.08m. Allen was sixth in the hammer (44.77m) and eighth in the discus (43.60m).
Dwight Sarver was fourth in the discus with a toss of 44.78m.
Kaden Crump was seventh in the 800 in a time of 1:55.51. The 4x1 relay of
Adam Piper, Verrastro,
David Graef and Willis was fifth in 42.06.
Breeona Pheasant was second in the 100 with a time of 12.23. She was also fifth in the 200 in a time of 25.80.
Kaitlyn Guth was 3rd in the 400 hurdles in a time of 1:06.07.
Madelyn Fike was fifth in the 400 in a time of 58.15.
Nemani Moon was sixth (58.41) and
Artemis Conaboy was 9th (59.76).
Bryce Murray was 9th in the 200 in 26.20 and tenth in the long jump with a mark of 4.91m.
Marissa Manko was ninth in the 5K in a time of 19:45.26.
The 4x1 relay team of Pheasant, Murray, Conaboy and
Ellie Keaton were third in a time of 48.57.
The teams will head to Slippery Rock on Thursday.
