Seton Hill sophomore infielder Brady McGuire was named the PSAC West Baseball Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Monday afternoon.

McGuire earned the award for his performance in the Griffins four game sweep of Slippery Rock.  

McGuire helped the Griffins to a four game sweep of Slippery Rock to open PSAC West play.  He was 6-11 (.545) with 5 runs scored, a homer and 10 RBI.  Brady drove in 5 in the Griffins game one win at the Rock and added a homer in the game.  He was also 5-6 in stolen bases.

The Griffins host Shippensburg on Tuesday before a four game set with IUP this weekend.
