The Seton Hill track and field teams got final preparation for next week's PSAC Indoor Championship at the Raider Tune Up on Friday in Alliance, OH.
The two teams combined for 25 top 8 finishes on the day.
The women's team finished with 10 top 8 finishes.
Baine Snyder and
Bryce Murray each had two top 8 finishes. Murray was second in the 200 (27.49) and fifth in the long jump (4.77m). Snyder was fourth in the high jump (1.48m) and sixth in the pole vault (2.78m).
Jada Freeman was third in the 800 in a time of 2:34.98.
Anessa Pigula was fourth in the 3K with a time of 11:42.61.
Kaitlyn Guth was fifth in the 60 hurdles in a time of 10.05.
Marissa Manko was seventh in the 3K (11:48.13) while Kaitlyn Stravinsky was eighth (12:07.56).
Lindsey Steffenilla was eighth in the long jump with a mark of 4.55m.
The men's team finished with 15 top 8 finishes.
Angelo Allen,
Bohdan Meyer,
Dwight Sarver and
Avery Askins each had two top 8 finishes. Allen won both the weight throw (16.66m) and shot put (15.53m). Meyer was third in the weight throw (13.77m) and fourth in the shot put (14.28m). Sarver had a pair of sixth place finishes, 14.11m in the shot put and 13.15m in the weight throw. Askins was sixth in the 60 and 200. He ran 7.40 in the 60 and 24.02 in the 200.
Kaden Crump won the 800 in a time of 1:59.63.
Gaige Grassmyer was first in the 400 in a time of 53.17.
Cody Achilles was second in the 3K in a time of 9:10.57.
Drew Raulli was fourth in the mile with a time of 5:07.64.
Roman Brenny was fifth in the 800 in a time of 2:03.27.
Kamsi Obuekwe was 7th in the event in a time of 2:06.36.
Hunter Thomas was sixth in the 3K in a time of 9:51.16.
The teams will compete in the 2026 PSAC Indoor Track Championships next weekend.
