Seton Hill junior forward Mia Kalich was named the PSAC West Women's Basketball Defensive Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Monday afternoon.  This is the second weekly award for Kalich this season.  She earned PSAC West Athlete of the Week earlier in the season and is now a four time PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week award winner. 

Kalich earned the award as the Griffins played a pair of PSAC West contests last week.  

Mia averaged 13 points, 13.5 rebounds and 6.5 steals per contest for the Griffins in a pair of games this past week.  She also added 8 assists.  Mia shot 12-17 from the floor in the two games.  She posted her third triple double of the season with 19 points, 11 rebounds and 10 steals in the win over CalU. 

The Griffins head to Indiana (PA) and Slippery Rock for PSAC West contests this week.
