Seton Hill junior forward Mia Kalich was named the PSAC West Women's Basketball Defensive Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Monday afternoon.  Its the second consecutive week that Kalich has won the award.  This is the second weekly award for Kalich this season.  She earned PSAC West Athlete of the Week earlier in the season.

Kalich earned the award as the Griffins went 2-0 in PSAC Crossover action last week to finish PSAC Crossover action with a 6-0 record.  

Kalich helped the Griffins to a 2-0 week and 6-0 record in PSAC crossover action.  Mia averaged a double double of 13 points and 11.5 rebounds per contest.  Kalich posted her 7th double double of the season with 16 points and 14 rebounds in the win over West Chester.  

SHU will begin PSAC West play on Wednesday evening as they travel to California (PA).
