For the third straight season, the Seton Hill baseball team will play in the NCAA Atlantic Super Regionals. The best of three Super Regional with East Stroudsburg will begin on Thursday afternoon at 1 PM with game one. Game two will be played on Friday afternoon at 1 PM with the if necessary game be played on Saturday at 1 PM. ESU, who was the third seed in the Atlantic Regional, enter the Supers with a 38-14 record. Seton Hill, who was the fifth seed in the regional, enter the Supers with a 40-16 record. IUP won their regional with a 3-0 record while the Griffins went 3-1 to win their regional.
The winner from the best of three Super Regional will represent the Atlantic Region in the Division II Baseball Championships in Cary, NC.
This is the second appearance in a Super Regional for East Stroudsburg. ESU lost 2-1 to West Chester in the 2022 Atlantic Super Regional. The Griffins and Warriors met in last year's NCAA Atlantic Regional with the Griffins advancing after a pair of wins over ESU on the final day of the regional.

Westmoreland Sports Network. Tickets are priced at $10 for adults and $5 students, senior citizens, military and first responders. Tickets will be sold at the entrance to the parking lot and will be cash only.
The Griffins and Warriors have not met this season yet but SHU holds a 6-4 advantage in all contests since 2013. SHU is 3-2 vs ESU in the NCAA Tournament.
Owen Henne leads the Griffins with a .368 average. Owen also leads the team with 52 RBI. He has 12 doubles, 1 triple, 8 homers and 23 stolen bases on the season.
Brady McGuire is second on the team with a .330 average. Brady leads the team with 16 doubles and 24 stolen bases. He has added 4 homers and 28 RBI.
Jack Whalen hit .321 for SHU this season. Jack leads SHU with 58 runs scored and 6 triples. He has added 6 doubles, 5 homers and 31 RBI.
Max Mandler is fourth on the team with a .317 average. Max has added 10 doubles, 4 homers and 24 RBI.
Colin Ahr is hitting .313 for the Griffins with 10 doubles, 4 homers and 36 RBI.
Jakob Haynes hit .290 with a team leading 12 homers. He added 10 doubles and 40 RBI.
Mark Black finished at .266 with 7 doubles, 2 triples, 5 homers and 24 RBI.
Ian Korn is 11-1 on the season with a 1.51 ERA. In his 13 starts, Korn allowed just 50 hits in 77.1 innings of work. Ian struck out 76 and opponents hit just .182 off him.
Jon McCullough is 9-3 on the season with a 2.25 ERA. Jon worked 80 innings, allowing 70 hits while striking out 61. Out of the bullpen,
Zach Herb leads the Griffins with eight saves. He is 3-1 with a 0.56 ERA. Zach has struck out 33 in 32 innings with opponents hitting just .191 off him.
Evan Rossi is 2-0 with a 2.45 ERA out of the bullpen with 2 saves.
Christian Zilli also has two saves out of the pen.
Dennis Pierce leads ESU with a .367 average. He leads the team with 17 homers and is second with 58 RBI. Parker Frey hits .352 with 14 doubles, 3 triples, 4 homers and 45 RBI. Shanley Wall is batting .329 with a team leading 51 runs scored. Wall has added 8 doubles, 5 homers and 39 RBI. Jack Rothenhausler leads ESU with 18 doubles and 63 RBI. He is hitting .321 with 10 homers. Walker Zampella leads ESU with 34 stolen bases.
Ryan Dewees is their top starter with a 7-3 record and a 4.62 ERA in 14 starts. He has 43 strikeouts in 60 innings. Ethan Woods is 5-1 with a 1.91 ERA in nine starts. He has 33 strikeouts in 47 innings. Peyton Brannock 7-2 with a 4.14 ERA in 11 starts. He has 44 strikeouts in 50 innings. Caden Parker is electric out of the bullpen with a 0.84 ERA. He has nine saves. Parker has struck out 19 in 21.1 innings and opponents hit just .178 off him.
