Seton Hill kicked off their spring break trip in Florida with a pair of matches over the past two days.  

The Griffins battled Minnesota Crookston on Sunday and Kings College on Monday.  SHU dropped a 7-0 decision to Crookston and then defeated Kings 7-0 on Monday.  

On Sunday, SHU won one of the three doubles matches, getting a win from Carissa Shepard and Maria Pereda who won 7-6 (7-0).  Crookston won the other two doubles matches then all six singles matches.  

On Monday, the Griffins won all nine matches.  SHU took all three doubles matches.  Shepard/Pereda won 6-0.  Alexandra Wolf/Kaylee Kanuka won 6-2 and Alycia Derr/Jamie Kallet won 6-0.  

In singles, Shepard won 8-0.  Pereda also won by an 8-0 score.  Wolf and Daerr each won 8-4 matches.  Kanuka won 8-1 and Kallet won 8-2.

SHU will play Ohio Northern on Tuesday .
