A member of the Seton Hill Volleyball program picked up regional accolades after the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced its All Region Teams on Wednesday afternoon.  

Junior middle blocker Catie Flohr earned AVCA All Atlantic Region First Team honors.  It is the third straight season that Flohr has earned AVCA All Region honors.  

Flohr led the Griffins with 314 kills while hitting .290.  Catie also led the Griffins with 95 blocks.  She added 85 digs and 34 service aces.  Flohr is 9th in total blocks, 11th in hitting percentage and 12th in total kills in the PSAC.  

East Stroudsburg's Anna Coulter was named the AVCA Atlantic Regional Player of the Year.  CalU's Olivia Weisman was named the Freshman of the Year and the Warriors Patricia Melfy was named regional Coach of the Year.
