Seton Hill junior middle hitter Catie Flohr continues to earn honors for another spectacular season of volleyball.  Flohr picked up national accolades after the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced its All American Teams on Wednesday morning.

Flohr earned AVCA All American Honorable Mention honors.  It is the third straight season that Flohr has earned AVCA All American honors. 

Flohr led the Griffins with 314 kills while hitting .290.  Catie also led the Griffins with 95 blocks.  She added 85 digs and 34 service aces.  Flohr is 9th in total blocks, 11th in hitting percentage and 12th in total kills in the PSAC.  

The junior is now a three time All PSAC West, AVCA All Region and AVCA All American selection.
