Seton Hill continued PSAC West action on Wednesday afternoon as they hosted Clarion in Greensburg.
Each team scored a pair of first half goals and added a second half goal as the Griffins and Golden Eagles played to a 3-3 tie over 90 minutes of action.
Clarion took an early 1-0 lead over the Griffins with a goal off a corner kick. SHU responded two minutes later with a goal off a corner kick.
Lauren Mealie's header found the back of the net off the corner of
Maddie Teakle. In the 18th minute, the Golden Eagles retook the lead with a goal. The Griffins tied the score at two with 11:52 left in the half on a goal from
Mia Lindborg.
Leah Kessler assisted on the goal.
A little over two minutes into the second half,
Katie Pazdziorko scored on a free kick from 25 yards out to give the Griffins a 3-2 lead. Just six minutes later, Clarion answered back with a goal off a free kick to tie the score at three.
Pazdziorko led SHU with four shots on goal.
Jessica Molitoris added two shots on goal.
Jordan Spozarski finished with five saves in net.
The Griffins will host Edinboro on Saturday afternoon for Senior Day.
