Seton Hill continued PSAC West play at home on Saturday afternoon as they hosted Pitt Johnstown.
The Griffins scored a pair of first half goals and added three more in the second half in a 5-2 win over UPJ. SHU is now 7-4 overall and 3-1 in the west. Â
SHU scored a pair of goals over a five minute span in the first half as they took a 2-0 lead in the 26th minute.Â
Rowan Aisenbrey scored in the 21st minute from
Mason Fabean. Five minutes later,
Felix Knorn scored from Aisenbrey to give SHU a 2-0 lead. Â
Just over two minutes into the second half,
Julian Marker increased the Griffin lead to 3-0. In the 57th minute, the Mountain Cats cut the lead to 3-1. SHU then got goals from
Christofer Duran-Escobar and Aisenbrey to push the lead to 5-1. Â
Aisenbrey finished with two goals and two assists. Â
SHU will travel to Lock Haven on Friday evening. Â
