The Seton Hill tennis program hosted Clarion University on Sunday afternoon at the Latrobe HS Courts in a PSAC West matchup.

Seton Hill defeated the Golden Eagles by a 7-0 score to earn the win.  SHU is now 4-9 overall and 1-2 in the west. 

SHU earned the one doubles point by sweeping the doubles matches.  Carissa Shepard/Kasey Storkel won 6-1.  Maria Pereda/Kendall McCluskey also won 6-1 and Kaylee Kanuka/Sophia Solomon won by the same 6-1 score.  

The Griffins also won all six singles matches.  

Shepard won 6-1, 6-1.  Pereda picked up a 6-0, 6-0 win.  Storkel won 6-0, 6-1.  Kanuka won by a 6-0, 6-2 score.  Solomon won 6-2, 6-0 and McCluskey won 6-1, 6-1.  

The Griffins are scheduled to host Slippery Rock on Tuesday.
