The Griffin track teams took part in the Youngstown State Collegiate Mid Major this past weekend at Youngstown State.  

On the men's side, John Giansante finished second in the triple jump with a mark of 13.85 meters.  Ben Kissell finished second in the pole vault.  He cleared 4.24 meters.  Ben Hartman placed tenth in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.69 seconds.  

The women had two top five finishes in relays on Saturday.  The DMR team of Kate Pipilo, Kayla Saylor, Jada Freeman and Isabella Myles finished second with a time of 12:54.21.  The 4x4 relay team of Saylor, Anna Roberts, Carly Yanek and Ayiana Martin was fourth with a time of 4:14.29.  

Sara Renshaw was seventh in the 1000 with a time of 3:18.63.  Yanek was ninth in the 400 with a time of 1:00.43.

The Griffins will run in Staten Island, NY next weekend.
