Seton Hill returned home for its first home matches of the season as they hosted the Seton Hill Duals on Sunday afternoon in the McKenna Center. SHU hosted both Fairmont State and St Vincent in dual matches.
The Griffins opened the day with a 31-15 victory over Fairmont State and then closed the match with a dominant 43-3 victory over St Vincent. SHU is now 5-4 in dual matches this season.
In the match against Fairmont, the Griffins got wins by fall from
Don Lindsey and Ty LInsenbigler.
Kane Kettering won his match by a tech fall.
Christian Hirak and
Brendan Finnerty each won my major decision.
Jacob Braun and
Collin Hearn picked up wins by decision.
Against St Vincent, SHU got wins by fall from
Jacob Gardner, Finnerty and
Ethan Cain. The Griffins got Tech fall wins from Lindsey,
Nikolas Ferra and Linsenbigler. Kettering won by major decision. Hirak and Hearn each won by decision.
The Griffins will be off until hosting Kutztown in a PSAC Dual match on Friday, December 6th.
