Seton Hill senior punter Jack Wagner was named the PSAC West Football Special Teams Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Monday afternoon.

Wagner was also named the D2Football.com Special Team Player of the Week.  

Wagner earned the award for his performance in the Griffins contest against CalU this past weekend. 

Wagner averaged 51.3 yards per punt with a long of 64 in the Griffins contest vs CalU.  He had 5 of his six punts downed inside the 15 yard line, including one downed at the one yard line.  Wagner had a net of 51 yards per punt.  Jack also had touchbacks on three of his four kickoffs.  

The Griffins will travel to IUP this weekend.
