The Griffin men's soccer team continued non conference play on Saturday afternoon at Bloomsburg.  

The Huskies scored an early second half goal as they defeated the Griffins by the score of 1-0.  SHU drops to 7-2-2 overall while Bloomsburg improves to 8-2-1 overall.  

Neither team was able to score in the first half of action.  Bloomsburg outshot the Griffins 5-2 in the first half.  The Huskies had both corners.  

Bloomsburg got on the scoreboard just 3:48 into the second half to take a 1-0 lead and were able to hold on to that lead over the final 42 minutes.  

Julian Marker finished with a shot on goal.  Aidan Hollander made one save.

SHU will travel to Lock Haven on Wednesday.
