The Griffin men's soccer team made the long trip to Rochester, NY for a non conference matchup with Roberts Wesleyan on Wednesday afternoon.
Roberts Wesleyan scored a goal in the first half then added two more in the second half for a 3-1 win over the Griffins.
The Redhawks took a 1-0 lead over the Griffins midway through the first half. They carried the 1-0 lead into the halftime break.
The Griffins outshot the Redhawks 8-7 in the first half,
Just 2:49 into the second half, the Redhawks were able to extend their lead to 2-0. Seton Hill cut the lead in half with a little more than 31 minutes remaining on a goal from
James Aubrey. RWC scored an insurance goal late on a penalty kick with just over ten minutes to play.
Aidan Hollander recorded five saves in net for the Griffins.
Logen Mackey and Aubrey each had two shots on goal for the Griffins.
Seton Hill will continue non conference action on Saturday when they travel to D'Youville.
