Box Score The Seton Hill women's lacrosse team played in their second PSAC Championship Game in school history as they took on #1 West Chester at Vonnie Gros Field on Sunday afternoon.

West Chester jumped out to a 12-5 halftime lead and defeated the Griffins by the score of 22-9 to win the PSAC Championship. SHU falls to 15-4 overall and the Golden Rams improve to 19-0.   Â

West Chester got off to a fast start as they scored the first five goals of the contest, taking a 5-0 lead with five minutes to play in the quarter. The Griffins responded with two straight goals in just over a minute to trim the lead to 5-2.Â
Mila Udovicic finished a pass from Skylar Orlwoski at the 4:48 mark and
Megan Bunker scored with 3:46 to play to cut the lead to three.Â

The Golden Rams scored 47 seconds into the second quarter as they extended their lead to 6-2. They added another one to make it 7-2 before
Carleigh Sutfin and Orlowski scored to trim the lead to 7-4 with 10:21 left. The Rams answered with two straight before
Piper Conlan scored with 5:21 to play. West Chester scored the final three of the half to take a 12-5 lead into the halftime break.

Another high scoring third quarter featured ten goals, six from WCU and four from the Griffins. Conlan,
Alaina TeSelle, Sutfin and
Megan Bunker scored for the Griffins in the third. Â

Bunker led SHU with two goals and two assists. Sutfin added a goal and two assists while Conlan added two goals. Orlowski scored a goal and added an assist.Â

The Griffins will now await their fate in the NCAA Selection Show which is at 8:30 PM on Sunday night.Â
