The Griffins continued PSAC Dual Match action on Friday evening in Erie, PA where the Griffins battled #16 Mercyhurst. 
 
The Lakers won seven of the ten matches as they defeated the Griffins by the score of 27-15. 
 
SHU opened the match with a 6-3 decision win at 125 pounds by Kyle Burkholder. 
 
Mercyhurst then won the next four matches to take a 15-3 lead. 
 
The Griffins got back in the win column with a victory at 165 pounds.  Colby Romjue earned the win by fall just 1:12 into the match.  That win cut the Lakers lead to 15-9. 
 
Mercyhurst responded with three more wins as they built their advantage to 27-9.
 
Seton Hill won the final match of the day as John Meyers won by fall just 34 seconds into the match. 
 
Seton Hill will take part in the UIndy Greyhound Open on Sunday.
