The Seton Hill cross country teams will compete in the 2023 NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Championships on Saturday morning. The event will be hosted by Lock Haven University and take place at the West Branch Cross Country Course at the Stern Athletic Complex. It is the same course that the Griffins ran in September for the Lock Haven Invitational. The 10K men's race is set to begin at 11:45 AM. The 6K women's race will begin at 10:30 AM.

The top three men's and women's teams will automatically qualify for the 2023 NCAA Division II Championship meet. The top two individuals who are not part of a qualifying team will automatically advance to the championship. Also, all individuals who finish in the top five at the regional meet, and are not part of a qualifying team automatically will advance to the NCAA championship.
The top 25 individual finishers in each race will be recognized as All-Region honorees during the awards ceremony following the women's race. The All-Region honors are presented by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
