The defending national champion in the 110 and 400 meter hurdles, Samuel Hartman will represent the Griffin men's track and field team at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field National Championships at the Grand Valley State Track and Field Stadium in Allendale, Michigan on May 26th-28th. 

Hartman qualified in both events, the 110 meter hurdles and the 400 meter hurdles.  

The NCAA officially announced the field on Tuesday afternoon and Hartman easily made the cut in both events.  

Hartman has the seventh fastest time in the country in the 110 hurdles and ninth best time in the 400 hurdles.  His time in the 110 hurdles is 14.02 seconds while his time in the 400 meter hurdles is 51.63 seconds.  

Last weekend, Hartman won PSAC titles in both events.

The first round of the 400 meter hurdles will be run at 7:40 PM on Thursday, May 26th.  The first round of the 110 meter hurdles will be run at 6:35 PM on Friday, May 27th.  The 110 meter hurdle finals will be run at 2:45 PM on Saturday, May 28th while the 400 meter hurdle finals will be run on Saturday at 4:10 PM.
