Seton Hill senior linebacker Jaylen McDuffie was named to the D2 Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-Super Region 1 First Team Defense. 

It is the first All Region award won by McDuffie in his career.  McDuffie's teammate Damonte Pratt was a second team selection following the 2021 season.  

McDuffie led the Griffin defense with 118 total tackles, 21 tackles for loss and 11 sacks.  He also led the Griffins with 69 assisted tackles and eight QB hurries.  His 118 tackles were third in the PSAC.  Jaylen led the PSAC in tackles for loss and sacks.  He also now holds the Seton Hill career record for tackles with 363.

Earlier this year, McDuffie was named the PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Year.  He was also a first team All PSAC West selection.  

The PSAC led the way with 20 selections to the various squads. The MEC had 12 and the NE-10 and G-MAC each had nine on the squads.
